3、ainrangeofchemicalpotentials.Bysubstitutingboronnitrideinplaceofacarbondimerofgraphene,wepredictatwofoldincreaseintheSeebeckcoef?cient.AsimilarincreaseintheSeebeckcoef?cientforbilayergrapheneunderthein?uenceofasmallelectric?eld~0.3eVhasbeenobservedinourcalculations.Graphenewithimpuritie
