5、ed.Ourrelationsabroadwerestrained.Ourunityathomewastested.ThesearetheroughwatersencounteredduringthecourseofoneofAmerica’slongestwars.Yettherehasbeenoneconstantamidstthoseshiftingtides.Ateveryturn,America’smenandwomeninuniformhaveservedwithcourageand
6、resolve.AsCommander-in-Chief,Iamproudoftheirservice.LikeallAmericans,Iamawedbytheirsacrifice,andbythesacrificesoftheirfamilies.TheAmericanswhohaveservedinIraqcompletedeverymissiontheyweregiven.Theydefeatedaregimethathadterrorizeditspeople.Togetherwit
