6、epushingforchangeandwhichareimpedingit,andwhatpolicyissuesareraisedbysomeofthenewmethodsofdoingbusiness.Formostofthelasthundredyearsautomobilesinthiscountrywereproducedandsoldthesameway.Automanufacturerswouldprojectdemandforvehiclesoverthenextyearormore,andthendesignandbuilde
