1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)中文摘要UASB-接觸氧化法處理石化廢水設(shè)計摘要:高濃度、高甲醛含量的有機廢水,水質(zhì)復(fù)雜,且可生化性較差,如果直接進行常規(guī)的生化處理會影響其正常運行和處理效果。采用UASB加好氧處理的聯(lián)合工藝,廢水首先通過UASB進行生物降解,把復(fù)雜的有機物降解轉(zhuǎn)化為簡單的、小分子有機物,提高了廢水的可生化性,UASB對有機物的去除率為80%-90%,再通過接觸氧化池得到凈化,使出水達標排放。UASB內(nèi)污泥濃度高,平均污泥濃度為20-40gVSS/L,有機負荷高,水力停留時間短,無混合攪拌設(shè)備,靠發(fā)酵過程中產(chǎn)生的沼氣的上升運動,使污泥床上部的污泥處于懸浮
2、狀態(tài),對下部的污泥層也有一定程度的攪動,污泥床不填載體,節(jié)省造價及避免因填料發(fā)生堵塞問題,UASB內(nèi)設(shè)三相分離器,被沉淀區(qū)分離出來的污泥重新回到污泥床反應(yīng)區(qū)內(nèi),可以不設(shè)沉淀池和污泥回流設(shè)備。接觸氧化法具有有機負荷高、處理效果好、能耗少、濾料不結(jié)團、不堵塞、傳質(zhì)效率高、安裝管理方便等優(yōu)點。關(guān)鍵詞:石化廢水UASB接觸氧化畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)外文摘要ProcessDesignofUASB-contactoxidationforpetrochemicalWastewaterAbstract:Organicwastewaterwithhighdensityandhi
