1、南京理工大學碩士論文UASB-生物轉(zhuǎn)化談觸氧化法處理淀粉廢水的研究摘要淀粉廢水屬高濃度有機廢水,并含有S042"、S03},處理難度較大。本文以某廠廢水處理工程為依托開展生產(chǎn)性試驗研究。廢水處理工程采用的工藝路線為“UAS呲物轉(zhuǎn)化—接觸氧化”。運行試驗結果表明:UASB反應器采用低濃度、高水力負荷、間歇進水的運行方式,實現(xiàn)了大型工業(yè)化UASB反應器的快速啟動;當進水COD為8052mg/L時,反應器穩(wěn)定運行負荷達到4.03kg/(m3铘,COD去除率為94.8%;運行結果表明:大型UASB反應器處理淀粉廢水可實現(xiàn)污泥床的快速顆?;?,顆?;蟮?/p>
2、反應器運行負荷可達到10.02kgCOD/(m3d),COD去除率達到89A%,且對不利運行條件的承受能力明顯增強。生物轉(zhuǎn)化器的設置可改善厭氧反應器出水的物化特性,提高其氧化還原電極電位,消除厭氧反應器出水中硫化物等對后續(xù)好氧處理的抑制影響;當溶解氧為1.4--1.6mg/L時,硫化物濃度由54mg,L降為2.6mg/L,去除率為95.2%。生物轉(zhuǎn)化器的設置改善了生物接觸氧化的運行狀態(tài),提高了系統(tǒng)的凈化效果,使整體系統(tǒng)COD去除率為98.7%,出水水質(zhì)COD為100mg/L。廢水處理工程總投資215萬元,運行獲得的收益與費用基本持平,處理費用
