1、電測(cè)與儀表ElectricalMeasurement&Instrumentation基于改進(jìn)雞群算法的電動(dòng)汽車有序充電策略研究*吳甲武,邱曉燕,潘胤吉,肖建康(四川大學(xué)電氣信息學(xué)院智能電網(wǎng)四川省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,成都610065)摘要:為了減小電動(dòng)汽車無(wú)序充電給配電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行帶來(lái)的不利影響,提出一種基于改進(jìn)雞群算法的電動(dòng)汽車有序充電策略。首先,綜合考慮電動(dòng)汽車用戶和配電網(wǎng)的利益,建立以用戶充電費(fèi)用最小和配電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷峰谷差最小為目標(biāo)的電動(dòng)汽車充電多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型;在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種有序充電策略,該策略將隨時(shí)
