1、摘要每個(gè)中小金業(yè)都可能存在著潛在人才流失危機(jī),實(shí)施預(yù)警管理無疑具有“未亡羊前先補(bǔ)牢”的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。預(yù)警管理功能就是要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)人才動(dòng)態(tài)管理全過程的“識(shí)別、診斷、預(yù)防、糾正、改進(jìn)”。通過預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的輸入與輸出信息采集、統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析,及時(shí)跟蹤、監(jiān)測(cè)、發(fā)現(xiàn)、分析并解決人才管理中的組織、結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)制、開發(fā)、環(huán)境等問題,從而有效防范和化解人才流失危機(jī)。H前,中小企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為推動(dòng)我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量,同大企業(yè)比較,中小企業(yè)的總體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不但能力較弱,而且隨著我國市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,還出現(xiàn)人才不斷流失現(xiàn)象。尤其是人才流失問題比大企業(yè)更為嚴(yán)重,在一定程度
2、上已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響了屮小企業(yè)的健康穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。人才是企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,屮小企業(yè)只有妥善管理和開發(fā)人力資源,才能最終保證企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。在提出中小企業(yè)人力資源管理特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)中小企業(yè)人才流失的原因進(jìn)行分析,提出和應(yīng)的對(duì)策。在中小企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展過程中,人才起了關(guān)鍵性的作用,大企業(yè)可以憑借其名氣和雄厚的實(shí)力吸引各種人才,而名氣和資源都比較小的中小企業(yè),如何吸引人才便成為中小企業(yè)經(jīng)營者都十分關(guān)心的問題。本文通過對(duì)屮小企業(yè)的分析,根據(jù)屮小企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),比較系統(tǒng)地提出了中小企業(yè)吸引人才的策略。關(guān)鍵詞:中小企業(yè);人才流失;策略AbstractP
