1、摘要木論文題口來(lái)源于煤礦綜合機(jī)械化采煤成套設(shè)備的液壓支架研究設(shè)計(jì),主要任務(wù)是論述液壓支架的主要設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。本文在詳述液壓支架發(fā)展丿刃史及國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了液壓支架的組成和工作原理,并對(duì)一下內(nèi)容做了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算:液壓支架的選型設(shè)計(jì)、主要參數(shù)的確定、主耍零部件的設(shè)計(jì)及強(qiáng)度校核。根據(jù)所要求的支撐條件,采用掩護(hù)式液壓支架形式。木支架針對(duì)較薄煤層賦存特點(diǎn),結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,支撐效率高。支架采用四連桿機(jī)構(gòu),改善支架的受力狀況,縮小支架升降過(guò)程屮的頂梁前端前后移動(dòng)的距離。立柱采用雙伸縮液壓缸,以滿足支架最低及最高位置時(shí)的高度要求。平衡千斤頂采用2個(gè)①125mm缸徑千斤頂
