1、子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤有關(guān)預(yù)后臨床病理研究摘要目的：進(jìn)一步探討低度惡性子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤臨床病理特征與復(fù)發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)系。方法：對20例低度惡性子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤(LGESS)分別從患者的年齡，腫物體積，浸潤子宮肌層深度及浸潤血管狀況，核分裂計數(shù)并做免疫組化：SMA、Desmin、CD10、ER、PR、Ki-67、P53O結(jié)果：年齡35?53歲，平均42歲，腫物體積1.8?9.5cm3>/sup>,平均4.5cm3>/sup>o腫物與子宮肌壁界不清，樹葉樣生長方式,切面灰黃質(zhì)軟，瘤細(xì)胞一致類似于正常增生期子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)，腫瘤血管獨特，由類似于正常子宮內(nèi)膜的螺旋動脈和薄壁血管腔構(gòu)成，細(xì)胞異型性小
2、，核分裂少，免疫組化SMAG)、Desmin(-)、CD10(+)、ER(+)、PR(+)、Ki-67(+<15%).P53(-?+)。隨訪20例：其中2年內(nèi)復(fù)發(fā)者1例，3?4年復(fù)發(fā)者1例，5?8年復(fù)發(fā)者3例，8-10年復(fù)發(fā)者2例，1年半復(fù)發(fā)又隔3年死亡1例，其余12例10年未見復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移。結(jié)論腫物體積<3.5cm3>/sup>,浸潤子宮肌壁較淺者未見復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移，腫物體積〉3.5cm3>/sup>,浸潤子宮肌壁較深尤其有淋巴管，血管浸潤者易復(fù)發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移，未切除全子宮及雙附件者易復(fù)發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移,提示此類腫瘤應(yīng)作全子宮及雙附件切除。關(guān)鍵詞低度惡性子宮內(nèi)膜間質(zhì)肉瘤復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移Abstract0bje
