1、雙正壓鼻腔清洗器治療慢性鼻炎鼻竇炎效果［摘要］目的探討新型鼻腔清洗器治療慢性鼻炎鼻竇炎的臨床效果。方法選擇滕州市中心人民醫(yī)院2008年9月?2012年9月慢性鼻炎鼻竇炎患者110例，分為試驗(yàn)組及對(duì)照組。試驗(yàn)組用鼻可樂新型鼻腔清洗器和潔療液進(jìn)行鼻腔清洗，對(duì)照組患者用瑜伽壺和生理鹽水進(jìn)行鼻腔清洗。對(duì)兩組的以下指標(biāo)進(jìn)行觀察比較：①療效；②糖精鈉廓清試驗(yàn)；③食用酷嗅覺敏感性試驗(yàn)；④清洗期間口服用藥種類和用藥次數(shù)的變化；⑤上呼吸道感染發(fā)生頻率。結(jié)果①療效方面，沖洗治療7d及8周后，試驗(yàn)組療效均顯著高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)o②食用醋嗅覺敏感性試驗(yàn)，8
