1、華新水泥(昭通)日產(chǎn)5000t新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)線窯尾工藝設(shè)計(jì)——P.S.B42.5摘要木設(shè)計(jì)為日產(chǎn)5000噸水泥熟料生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)一重點(diǎn)車間:燒成窯尾。燒成車間是水泥成品制備的重要工藝過程,它直接影響水泥質(zhì)量的好壞,因此水泥燒成車間設(shè)計(jì)在整個(gè)水泥廠的設(shè)計(jì)中是一個(gè)很重要的環(huán)節(jié)。窯尾系統(tǒng)是由TDF分解爐、旋風(fēng)筒、連接管道及附件等組成。此次論文的主要內(nèi)容是:在配料計(jì)算基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了物料平衡、儲(chǔ)庫平衡、主機(jī)平衡計(jì)算,并以此為依據(jù),對(duì)全廠儲(chǔ)庫、主機(jī)及輔機(jī)進(jìn)行了選型和工藝布置;重點(diǎn)對(duì)燒成窯尾進(jìn)行了工藝計(jì)算、設(shè)備規(guī)格設(shè)計(jì)、工藝布置設(shè)計(jì)。預(yù)分解窯生產(chǎn)工藝指釆用窯外分解新工藝生產(chǎn)的水泥
