1、頓鐵氧體制備工藝遼寧科技大學(xué)木科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)第I頁(yè)鍥鐵氧化體制備摘要傾詼氧體由于其獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)及性能,在傳感元件、光電材料和磁敏光記錄材料、顏料、脫氫催化劑等許多方而得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。本論文主要以Fe203、BaC03為原料,采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)在不同的配比、燒結(jié)溫度、保溫時(shí)間條件下制備六角硬磁頓鐵氧體,分析研究了六角碩磁鎖鐵氧體的制備工藝(原料配比、燒結(jié)溫度、保溫時(shí)間)對(duì)材料性能的影響,并對(duì)不同的影響因素得到不同制備條件卜?的傾鐵氧體進(jìn)行研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)中采用激光粒度儀對(duì)混合后的原料進(jìn)行粒度分析,混合后的原料粒度在0.20um-2.00um范圍內(nèi),混介粒度越小,比表
2、面積越大,固相反應(yīng)速度越快。最后用X射線衍射(XRD)對(duì)預(yù)燒后得到的粉料進(jìn)行物相分析,圖譜結(jié)果表明除了有鎖鐵氧體BaFel2O19外,還有部分住203,這是由于曲0與Fo203的原料配比分別為1:6利1:5.6,Fe2O3的摩爾濃度比較人,在高溫預(yù)燒后一部分與BaO形成六角型飲鐵氧體,其余部分為Fe203o此現(xiàn)象說明木實(shí)驗(yàn)選擇的原料配比不能夠生成六角硬磁鎖鐵氧體。此實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果為以后頓鐵氧體制備研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)與實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:磁性材料;鐵氧體;鈔!鐵氧體遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)第II頁(yè)P(yáng)reparationTechnicalStudyofBar
