1、當(dāng)前金融詐騙的特點(diǎn)及防范對(duì)策研究夕卜文題目：ResearchontheCharacteristicsandCountermeasuresofCurrentFinancialFraud經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展的今天，金融行業(yè)已經(jīng)成為人們生活中不可或缺的重要部分，能夠推動(dòng)并促進(jìn)其他行業(yè)的發(fā)展，金融行業(yè)在社會(huì)各行業(yè)中占有舉足輕重的地位，金融詐騙在犯罪當(dāng)中影響最大、危害最深，且詐騙金額巨大，詐騙技術(shù)不斷更新，作案手段隱蔽。金融詐騙行為嚴(yán)重?fù)p害了人們的利益，阻礙了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,擾亂了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序。因此，如何健全現(xiàn)有的金融秩序，完善相關(guān)制度，成為民眾和金融機(jī)構(gòu)密切關(guān)注的問題。本文在研究金融詐騙相關(guān)理
2、論的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)金融詐騙罪的概念進(jìn)行界定，并分析其特點(diǎn)及構(gòu)成要素，總結(jié)出金融詐騙罪現(xiàn)行的種類，提出防范金融詐騙犯罪的對(duì)策，最后通過案例分析呈現(xiàn)出金融詐騙的過程，為以后的金融業(yè)預(yù)防金融詐騙提高借鑒和參考。在金融詐騙犯罪大要案不斷增多的情況下，這些策略對(duì)強(qiáng)化金融詐騙犯罪的偵查能力，保證準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)打擊金融詐騙犯罪，保護(hù)社會(huì)資金運(yùn)行的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)，不僅十分必要，而且具有現(xiàn)實(shí)性、緊迫性。從現(xiàn)實(shí)情況看，這些研究對(duì)完善金融詐騙犯罪刑事立法和豐富刑法理論也有著非常重要的意義。關(guān)鍵詞：金融詐騙；特點(diǎn)；防范AbstractWiththerapideconomicdevelopment,thefinan
