1、全瓷貼面美容修復(fù)69例臨床觀察全瓷貼面美容修復(fù)69例臨床觀察［摘要］目的:通過(guò)前牙瓷貼面修復(fù)效果的臨床觀察，評(píng)價(jià)該項(xiàng)技術(shù)對(duì)前牙美容修復(fù)的效果。方法：門診選擇69例患者共計(jì)376顆患牙用IPS-empress鑄瓷貼面修復(fù)，用美國(guó)加州牙科協(xié)會(huì)的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和改良Ryge貼面復(fù)查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)方法，于修復(fù)后1周、6個(gè)月、1年、2年復(fù)診，觀察修復(fù)體保存完整度、顏色的匹配、邊緣適合性、術(shù)后過(guò)敏、牙齦反應(yīng)5項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:臨床觀察結(jié)果表明，98%左右的瓷貼面完整度保存良好,并且具有良好的邊緣適合性，崩瓷、折裂率及脫落率均低于1%;術(shù)后敏感和牙齦反應(yīng)較輕;患者對(duì)修復(fù)體的顏色滿意程度較高。結(jié)論:IPS

6、hoiceforanterioraestheticrestoration.Keywords:porcelainlaminateveneers;aestheticrestoration;clinicalevaluation瓷貼面口腔修復(fù)具有仿生修復(fù)的優(yōu)越性,能夠最大限度地保存牙體組織，特別適用于修復(fù)前牙牙列，具有美觀和功能恢復(fù)俱佳的優(yōu)點(diǎn),近些年來(lái)備受口腔醫(yī)師和患者的青睞。我科對(duì)要求前牙貼面美容修復(fù)的69例患者進(jìn)行IPS-empress鑄瓷貼面修復(fù)共計(jì)376顆進(jìn)行隨訪臨床統(tǒng)計(jì)，觀察臨床修復(fù)效果并對(duì)其中的應(yīng)用問(wèn)題加以總結(jié)。1材料和方法1.1病例選擇:木研究選擇的病例全部為2005

7、-2008年來(lái)我科就診的患者,其中四環(huán)素牙33例，氟斑牙16例，外傷變色牙10例,過(guò)小牙4例,牙齒縫隙增大6例,共計(jì)376顆。其中男性患者23例，女性患者46例，平均年齡28歲。1.2操作方法1.2.1牙體預(yù)備:修復(fù)前進(jìn)行口腔衛(wèi)生檢查和口腔衛(wèi)生宣教，對(duì)牙齦有炎癥者先進(jìn)行潔治再做進(jìn)一步治療。為了達(dá)到更美觀的修復(fù)效果，牙體預(yù)備磨除唇面部分牙釉質(zhì)（切1/3約為0.75mm,逐漸過(guò)渡至頸部，為0.25mm左右）［1］,以便瓷貼面有一定厚度,而不改變牙冠突度。切端預(yù)備時(shí)不包繞切緣，除非牙冠切端磨損變短或外傷導(dǎo)致切端牙體組織缺
