1、本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)玻璃微珠改性及導(dǎo)電性能的研究學(xué)院專業(yè)年級(jí)班別學(xué)號(hào)學(xué)生姓名指導(dǎo)教師玻璃微珠改性及導(dǎo)電性能的研究摘要玻璃微珠有實(shí)心、空心、多孔玻璃微珠之分,泛指直徑在數(shù)微米至數(shù)百微米范圍內(nèi)的玻璃(或陶瓷)球體。主要成分是Si02、AI2O3、Fe2()3等,外觀呈白色或灰白色。因具有質(zhì)輕、導(dǎo)熱低、滾動(dòng)性好、強(qiáng)度高、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好、價(jià)格低廉、來源廣泛、無毒性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)使其功能得以被廣泛開發(fā)??谇?,對(duì)玻璃微珠改性研究的方法有表而包覆改性,表面化學(xué)反應(yīng)改性,高能表面改性,表面沸石化及化學(xué)鍍法等眾多先進(jìn)方法。尤其是化學(xué)鍍方法不斷研究
2、改進(jìn)。改性的玻璃微珠有效地應(yīng)用于在合成材料,涂料,醫(yī)學(xué),建筑,炸的,導(dǎo)電材料等眾多領(lǐng)域。尤其是金屬化的導(dǎo)電玻璃微珠,在電磁屏蔽、微波吸收等方面發(fā)揮十分重要的作用。改性玻璃微珠尤其是在導(dǎo)電功能方面,已成為當(dāng)前研究的熱點(diǎn)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)綜合眾多玻璃微珠化學(xué)鍍改性的方法,對(duì)空心玻璃微珠進(jìn)行堿洗、粗化、敏化、活化的預(yù)處理,用銀氨溶液和葡萄糖對(duì)其表面進(jìn)行鍍銀。并對(duì)預(yù)處理每個(gè)步驟都進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并利用正交試驗(yàn)對(duì)鍍銀過程的條件進(jìn)行最優(yōu)化。并通過萬能電用表對(duì)其進(jìn)行壓實(shí)電阻檢測,得出最優(yōu)方案:預(yù)處理每個(gè)步驟進(jìn)行的時(shí)間均為lOmin,粗化劑用10g/
