1、我國加工貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)型升級分析摘要在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下，隨著國際分工的深化及跨國公司貿(mào)易投資一體化戰(zhàn)略的轉(zhuǎn)變，加工貿(mào)易這一特殊的貿(mào)易形式為發(fā)展中國家在更大范圍、更廣領(lǐng)域內(nèi)參與國際分工，融入跨國公司的全球生產(chǎn)體系提供了機(jī)會。我國應(yīng)及時(shí)抓住機(jī)遇，通過發(fā)展加工貿(mào)易促進(jìn)出口、增加國內(nèi)就業(yè)、帶動產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步與升級。時(shí)至今13,加工貿(mào)易已涉及我國大部分產(chǎn)業(yè)，在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)與對外貿(mào)易中占據(jù)重要的地位，它的發(fā)展方向?qū)⒅苯雨P(guān)系到我國總體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展走勢。因此，如何促進(jìn)加工貿(mào)易良性發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)加工貿(mào)易的轉(zhuǎn)型升級已成為擺在我們面前的重要課題。本文注
