1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘要水平定向鉆機(jī)鋪管技術(shù)是目前應(yīng)用最廣泛的非開挖鋪管技術(shù)之一,可用于穿越道路、河流、建筑物等障礙物鋪設(shè)管線,具有快速、高效、不破壞環(huán)境及影響交通等突出優(yōu)點(diǎn)。在當(dāng)今中國(guó)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)如火如荼的大環(huán)境下,擁有廣泛的市場(chǎng)前景。目前,對(duì)比與國(guó)外先進(jìn)的水平定向鉆機(jī)研發(fā)水平,我國(guó)的鉆機(jī)研發(fā)還處于一個(gè)比較落后的水平,因此加快水平定向鉆機(jī)的研發(fā)工作具有明顯的社會(huì)意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。鉆機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)直接負(fù)責(zé)整機(jī)的控制和傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),直接影響到系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo),是鉆機(jī)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。本文敘述了水平定向鉆機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。首先,比較詳盡地描述了水平定向鉆機(jī)的
2、工作原理、各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)、設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)組成,同時(shí)分析了各機(jī)構(gòu)的工況和負(fù)載情況,為下一步液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)。然后根據(jù)前面分析的結(jié)果,對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并合理選擇各子系統(tǒng)的液壓元件,最后,進(jìn)行液壓系統(tǒng)的性能驗(yàn)算。本文設(shè)計(jì)的液壓系統(tǒng)可以使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)-液壓系統(tǒng)的性能達(dá)到較好的狀態(tài),發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率利用率、液壓系統(tǒng)傳動(dòng)效率以及鉆機(jī)的作業(yè)效率也比較高。關(guān)鍵詞:水平定向鉆機(jī);液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì);液壓元件選擇;性能驗(yàn)算61畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)AbstractHorizontalDirectionalDrillpipelayingtechnologyiscurrent
