1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計畢業(yè)設(shè)計液壓鉆機的液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計摘要水平定向鉆機鋪管技術(shù)是目前應(yīng)用最廣泛的非開挖鋪管技術(shù)之一,可用于穿越道路、河流、建筑物等障礙物鋪設(shè)管線,具有快速、高效、不破壞環(huán)境及影響交通等突出優(yōu)點。在當(dāng)今中國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)如火如荼的大環(huán)境下,擁有廣泛的市場前景。目前,對比與國外先進的水平定向鉆機研發(fā)水平,我國的鉆機研發(fā)還處于一個比較落后的水平,因此加快水平定向鉆機的研發(fā)工作具有明顯的社會意義和經(jīng)濟意義。鉆機的液壓系統(tǒng)直接負(fù)責(zé)整機的控制和傳動系統(tǒng),直接影響到系統(tǒng)的各項性能指標(biāo),是鉆機的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。本文敘述了水平定向鉆機液壓系
2、統(tǒng)設(shè)計過程。首先,比較詳盡地描述了水平定向鉆機的工作原理、各項性能指標(biāo)、設(shè)計參數(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)組成,同時分析了各機構(gòu)的工況和負(fù)載情況,為下一步液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計提供設(shè)計依據(jù)。然后根據(jù)前面分析的結(jié)果,對液壓系統(tǒng)進行設(shè)計,并合理選擇各子系統(tǒng)的液壓元件,最后,進行液壓系統(tǒng)的性能驗算。本文設(shè)計的液壓系統(tǒng)可以使發(fā)動機-液壓系統(tǒng)的性能達到較好的狀態(tài),發(fā)動機功率利用率、液壓系統(tǒng)傳動效率以及鉆機的作業(yè)效率也比較高。關(guān)鍵詞:水平定向鉆機;液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計;液壓元件選擇;性能驗算62畢業(yè)設(shè)計AbstractHorizontalDirectionalD
