1、--畢業(yè)論文(2010屆)浙江萬里學(xué)院商學(xué)院××××××××××××寧波銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)的問題與對策研究I摘 要隨著金融業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,商業(yè)銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展越來越成為當(dāng)今金融市場發(fā)展的的主導(dǎo)力量。尤其是在加入WTO以后,外資銀行迅速地加入中國金融市場,并迅速壯大,其先進(jìn)的制度理念,規(guī)范化的服務(wù),強(qiáng)大的網(wǎng)點(diǎn)支持對國內(nèi)中小商業(yè)銀行的零售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展帶來了較大的沖擊。本文對寧波銀行現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析:發(fā)現(xiàn)其運(yùn)用產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢拉動(dòng)了個(gè)人儲(chǔ)蓄的增長;個(gè)人貸款基本與上一年持平;理財(cái)產(chǎn)品不斷推新帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。但也存在一些問題:基本結(jié)算客戶不足,對客戶的深度挖掘不夠;個(gè)人貸款增速減緩,大多數(shù)貸款總額的提升主
2、要靠企業(yè)貸款來拉動(dòng);理財(cái)產(chǎn)品知名度不高,產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)單一,優(yōu)勢不夠突出。因此,本文提出相關(guān)策略:積極轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)的營銷觀念,加快發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù);積極開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品,加大對零售業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新力度;對零售業(yè)務(wù)的客戶進(jìn)行細(xì)分,深度挖掘有重大潛在價(jià)值的客戶;并加強(qiáng)對零售業(yè)務(wù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和控制等。關(guān)鍵詞:零售業(yè)務(wù);觀念轉(zhuǎn)型;風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制;理財(cái)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新IIAbstractWiththerapiddevelopmentofthefinancialindustry,commercialbank’sretailbusiness’developmenthasbecomemoreandmoreimportantint
