1、畢業(yè)論文（20__屆）浙江省外貿(mào)的環(huán)境效應(yīng)分析IV摘要在經(jīng)濟全球化和環(huán)境全球化的趨勢下，對外貿(mào)易與環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系已經(jīng)成為影響可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要議題之一。環(huán)境問題已成為構(gòu)成未來格局以及國家、地區(qū)發(fā)展和安全的重要影響因素。把外貿(mào)的環(huán)境效應(yīng)問題放大，其實質(zhì)是經(jīng)濟增長與環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系問題。經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展不能以犧牲環(huán)境為代價,而要實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境的互動。浙江省是我國典型的東部沿海高經(jīng)濟外向度地區(qū)，其外貿(mào)為獨特的“浙江模式”：以浙江眾多中小企業(yè)形成的強大生產(chǎn)能力為依托，一般貿(mào)易發(fā)展迅猛。特別是近幾年來，無論是從縱向的增長速度，還是橫向的
2、國內(nèi)比較，以及結(jié)構(gòu)性的產(chǎn)品升級，浙江省的對外貿(mào)易可以說是中國外貿(mào)奇跡的典型代表。本文以浙江省外貿(mào)的環(huán)境效應(yīng)為研究對象，首先闡述了研究的目的與意義，對研究對象以及研究背景進行了分析；然后對外貿(mào)與環(huán)境相關(guān)理論進行了研究。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，以三廢排放量為環(huán)境衡量指標，以1998-2009年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本，把環(huán)境效應(yīng)分解為:結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)、技術(shù)效應(yīng)、規(guī)模效應(yīng)。并對如何實現(xiàn)貿(mào)易發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護雙贏給出了建議。關(guān)鍵詞：外貿(mào)環(huán)境效應(yīng)；規(guī)模效應(yīng)；結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)；技術(shù)效應(yīng)IVAbstractUndertheglobalizationofecon
