3、stoworkforthecorporatecustomer,andthecorporatecustomerpaystheagencyafeeinexchangeforthelaboroftheemployeesandthestaffingserviceitreceives.InChina,supportersoftheindustryseeitasacost-cutting,humanresource-managementtoolaswellasapolicytoolforsolvingune
4、mployment.Itscriticsconsidertheindustryasameansforcompaniestomakeworkersmore“flexible”withfewerprotections.“Temporarystaffingagenciesareaformoflabormarketintermediary,meetingtheneedsofclientcompaniesforcontractworkersofmanykinds.Withacorebusinessofla
