1、內(nèi)蒙古電力技術(shù)I6INNERMONGOLIAELECTRICPOWER2012年第30卷第5期600MW機(jī)組鍋爐多種劣質(zhì)煤摻燒經(jīng)濟(jì)性研究及其運行優(yōu)化蔡斌’,阿英克,戴新,趙智勇’,劉吉(1.內(nèi)蒙古電力科學(xué)研究院,內(nèi)蒙古呼和浩特010020;2.內(nèi)蒙古京隆發(fā)電有限責(zé)任公司,內(nèi)蒙古豐鎮(zhèn)012100)摘要:為適應(yīng)目前我國燃煤緊張的局勢,進(jìn)行了火電廠鍋爐摻燒劣質(zhì)煤的安全性及經(jīng)濟(jì)性研究。通過對混配煤特性計算方法進(jìn)行整合,提出數(shù)學(xué)分析模型和理論計算方法,確定多種劣質(zhì)煤混配煤參數(shù)特性分布規(guī)律,采用量子粒子群理論對參數(shù)方程進(jìn)行校核計算。采用
2、序貫?zāi)K迭代的鍋爐熱力計算總體算法,對不同混配煤種進(jìn)行變工況、變煤種熱力計算,分析對鍋爐參數(shù)的影響規(guī)律,確定合理摻燒比例范圍。運用燃燒空氣動力學(xué)原理、潔凈燃燒理論,對摻燒多種劣質(zhì)煤的機(jī)組鍋爐運行性能進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,使600MW時AGC負(fù)荷響應(yīng)速率達(dá)16~18MW/min,鍋爐熱效率提高至93.040%~93.732%,發(fā)電煤耗平均降低3.5g/kWh,爐內(nèi)結(jié)焦得到明顯改善。本次試驗研究對電廠的節(jié)能降耗具有可借鑒的現(xiàn)實意義。關(guān)鍵詞:600MW鍋爐;劣質(zhì)煤摻燒;熱力特性;運行優(yōu)化;經(jīng)濟(jì)性;鍋爐熱效率;發(fā)電煤耗文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:1
