1、更昔洛韋聯(lián)合甲鉆胺治療特發(fā)性面神經(jīng)麻痹46例臨床療效觀察［摘要］目的：以神經(jīng)內(nèi)科疾病治療及藥物聯(lián)合應用理論為指導，研究更昔洛韋分散片聯(lián)合甲鉆胺分散片治療特發(fā)性面神經(jīng)麻痹的臨床療效，為特發(fā)性面神經(jīng)麻痹的藥物治療提供科學的實驗依據(jù)。方法：將2009年1月?2010年8月來我院就診，經(jīng)檢查確定為特發(fā)性面神經(jīng)麻痹患者46例，隨機分為實驗組和對照組，各23例。實驗組采用更昔洛韋分散片聯(lián)合甲鉆胺分散片進行治療，對照組單獨采用更昔洛韋分散片進行治療，治療后13、4周采用House-Brackmann分級法進行療效評估，將所有實驗結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)
2、計學處理。結(jié)果：實驗組總有效率為95.65%,對照組總有效率為82.61%,兩組結(jié)果比較，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(PV0.05)。結(jié)論：更昔洛韋分散片聯(lián)合甲鉆胺分散片治療特發(fā)性面神經(jīng)麻痹的臨床療效確切，其治愈率高于單純更昔洛韋分散片，證明聯(lián)合用藥在治療特發(fā)性面神經(jīng)麻痹方面有其獨到的優(yōu)點，適合臨床推廣使用。［關(guān)鍵詞］更昔洛韋甲鉆胺特發(fā)性面神經(jīng)麻痹［中圖分類號］R745.12：文獻標識碼］B［文章編號11673-7210(2011)02(c)-065-02ObservationofclinicaleffectofGanciclovir
