2、;從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡導(dǎo)致地方政府教育供給存在差界、差異發(fā)展是教育失衡的直接原因、教育資源失衡是非均衡發(fā)展的主要原因三方面分析了我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育非均衡發(fā)展的原因;并從明確政府責(zé)任,增加教育投入、在師資隊(duì)伍上實(shí)現(xiàn)均衡、學(xué)校管理水平上的均衡、學(xué)校管理水平上的均衡、基礎(chǔ)教育的均衡發(fā)展最終落實(shí)在受教育者的均衡發(fā)展四方面論述了促進(jìn)我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育均衡發(fā)展的対策。關(guān)鍵詞:基礎(chǔ)教育;非均衡;均衡發(fā)展;原因;對(duì)策。Theourcountryfoundationeducatesthereasonandcounterplanofnot-balanceddevelop
