1、·606·CHINESEJOURNALOFCLINICALANATOMYVOL.28NO.62010·應用解剖·頜面部血管的應用解剖王愛平,彭田紅,周小兵,謝巍,呂運成,洪麗,李嚴兵南華大學醫(yī)學院人體解剖學教研室，湖南衡陽421001【摘要】目的對人體頜面部血管進行巨微解剖及血管鑄型，為臨床皮瓣設計提供解剖學依據(jù)。方法①3例正常成人頭頸部標本，經(jīng)頸總動脈灌注紅色乳膠，由淺入深逐層解剖，觀測并記錄頜面部血管的起始處外徑、走行、分支、分布、吻合及伴行情況；②3例正常成人新鮮頭頸部標本，加壓注入紅色過氯乙烯填充劑，經(jīng)腐蝕后觀察頜面部血管的

2、來源、走行、分支、分布、吻合及伴行情況。結果頜面部的血供主要來源于面動脈、眼動脈、上頜動脈和顳淺動脈的分支。面動脈的分支主要供血面頰部、唇部、鼻部和頦區(qū)；眼動脈的分支主要供血眼球、眼球外肌、淚腺、鼻背和眼瞼；上頜動脈的分支主要供血牙及牙齦、頰部、下頜關節(jié)、鼻腔、腭、咀嚼??；顳淺動脈的分支主要供血腮腺、眼輪匝肌、上下瞼外側皮膚、顳部的軟組織及面神經(jīng)顴支、上頰支和顳支。結論頜面部動脈血管系統(tǒng)的解剖學資料，可為臨床頜面部整形美容術提供了應用參考依據(jù)。【關鍵詞】頜面部血管；應用解剖【中圖分類號】R323.1【文獻標識碼】A【文章編號】100
