1、V01.23No.2航天器工程第23卷第2期!!蘭旦壘墾堡堡堡壘!!蘭墜魚(yú)!型墾墾墾!墮魚(yú)!!!!至!旦大型航天器桁架式主承力結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)型拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化研究郝寶新(中國(guó)空周志成曲廣吉李東澤間技術(shù)研究院,北京100094)摘要針對(duì)桁架結(jié)構(gòu)和拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化的特點(diǎn),提出了一種連續(xù)體一離散體兩級(jí)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化策略。應(yīng)用該策略對(duì)大型航天器桁架式主承力結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)型進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。首先,使用HyperWorks軟件對(duì)桁架結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)空間進(jìn)行了有限元建模,應(yīng)用連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法,得出了五傳力點(diǎn)和七傳力點(diǎn)兩種準(zhǔn)桁架結(jié)構(gòu)形式,并提煉出與之對(duì)應(yīng)的桁架結(jié)構(gòu);然后,對(duì)所得桁架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行拓展,并應(yīng)用桁架式結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)湓O(shè)計(jì)
2、優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)(TODOSST)對(duì)拓展后的桁架基結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了離散體結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化,得到了五傳力點(diǎn)和七傳力點(diǎn)兩種桁架方案。經(jīng)對(duì)比,七傳力點(diǎn)桁架構(gòu)型方案在基頻拓展性、設(shè)備預(yù)留空間可用性等方面均有比較明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),可作為后續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)。文章應(yīng)用連續(xù)體一離散體兩級(jí)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化策略,得到了滿足基本設(shè)計(jì)要求的桁架結(jié)構(gòu)基本構(gòu)型,可為詳細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考;所用優(yōu)化策略也可為同類(lèi)桁架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。關(guān)鍵詞大型航天器;桁架結(jié)構(gòu);優(yōu)化策略;連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化;離散體結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):V414.19文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:ADoI:10.3969/j.issn.1673—8748.2014.02.008Res
