1、胡頹子根的化學(xué)成分研究劉祥,丁驍,歐陽(yáng)明安,任青云(福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)生物農(nóng)藥與化學(xué)生物學(xué)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,福州350002)摘耍:藥用梢物胡頹子為胡頹子科,胡頹子屬植物,主耍分布于長(zhǎng)江流域以南各省區(qū)。該屬植物含有揮發(fā)油、帖類、生物堿、黃?M等化學(xué)成分,藥理活性主要冇降血耕,降血脂、抗脂質(zhì)氧化、抗炎鉞痛、免疫等。基于以往的報(bào)道,對(duì)胡頹子根部化學(xué)成分的研究很少,為推動(dòng)新型藥物的利用和開(kāi)發(fā),本文以采白泉州清源山的胡頹子根為研究對(duì)彖,運(yùn)用D101、SephadexLH-20.MCI柱色譜法、硅膠柱色譜法及半制備HPLC進(jìn)行分離純化到
2、六種分離物,經(jīng)核磁共振波譜解析,分別鑒定為:表兒茶素(1),1,4,9-三疑基-紫羅蘭醇(2),3’■甲氧基?懈皮素-3-O-P-D-1B萄糖伏(3),3'?甲氧基?懈皮素?3?O?ct?L?鼠李糖-(l->2)-p-D-葡萄糖貳(4),2?甲氧基苯酚-4-O-a-L-阿拉伯糖?(1->6)作D-半乳糖爪(5),對(duì)輕基苯甲酸丁酯(6)3,4-二甲氧基-5巽基■苯酚-l-0-a-D-阿拉伯Wf-(1^6)-p-D-匍萄糖貳(7)。關(guān)鍵詞:胡頹子;胡頹子科;胡頹子屈;化學(xué)成分;核磁共振中圖分類號(hào):R284.2Studyonc
