2、件,并考察了催化劑的重復(fù)使用性能。采用XRD等方法對(duì)CaO-TiO2催化劑進(jìn)行表征。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用機(jī)械研磨-焙燒法,以CaCO3和TiO2為前體,n(Ca)∶n(Ti)=1,在馬弗爐中于空氣氣氛中900℃下焙燒4h制備的CaO-TiO2催化劑對(duì)ADC合成反應(yīng)催化活性最高;酯交換法合成ADC的適宜反應(yīng)條件為:n(DEG)∶n(DMC)∶n(AAH)=0.08∶1∶2、催化劑含量1.5%(w)、反應(yīng)溫度100℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間6h,在此條件下ADC收率最高可達(dá)93.6%。表征結(jié)果顯示,CaO-TiO2催化劑具有較好的活性和穩(wěn)定性,CaTiO3是CaO-TiO2催化劑的主活性組分
