1、·306·JClinNeurol，August2013，Vol．26，No．4·學(xué)術(shù)交流·椎動(dòng)脈扭曲與頸源性眩暈的關(guān)系居克舉，程冠亮，曹化，田向陽(yáng)【摘要】目的探討椎動(dòng)脈扭曲與頸源性眩暈的關(guān)系。方法對(duì)31例擬診為頸源性眩暈(眩暈組)及80例無(wú)眩暈(對(duì)照組)的患者進(jìn)行顱頸動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng)磁共振血管成像(DCE-MＲA)檢查，測(cè)量其頸段直線距離及頸段椎動(dòng)脈長(zhǎng)度，計(jì)算其延長(zhǎng)值，評(píng)價(jià)椎動(dòng)脈扭曲程度。結(jié)果經(jīng)DCE-MＲA檢查排除椎-基底動(dòng)脈有明顯狹窄閉塞性改變的患者27例，其中眩暈組9例，對(duì)照組18例。眩暈組兩側(cè)椎動(dòng)脈延長(zhǎng)值均顯著長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組(P＜0.05～0.
