1、基于需求視角的寧波市養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式選擇研究摘要改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),寧波市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn),人均國(guó)民收入水平大大提高,伴隨而至的是老年人口的迅猛增長(zhǎng),老齡化步伐速度出人意料,自1992年起,寧波市正式步入人口老齡化社會(huì),這意味著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系如投資消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、人口贍養(yǎng)比及代際利益關(guān)系發(fā)生了重大調(diào)整和改變,并由此滋生了養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的萌芽與發(fā)展。養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)在解決寧波市公共資源分配不足、政府角色轉(zhuǎn)換難、市場(chǎng)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求缺口巨大等問(wèn)題以及促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)鼐蜆I(yè)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整方面意義重大,呈現(xiàn)出了巨大的發(fā)展前景。其實(shí)早在改革開(kāi)放之初,寧波市已
2、經(jīng)進(jìn)入了養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的萌芽階段,許多民營(yíng)企業(yè)紛紛試水,經(jīng)歷摸索與觀望階段,直至世界金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā),才迎來(lái)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的探路與推進(jìn)階段。目前,如國(guó)內(nèi)許多一線城市一樣,寧波市的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也已經(jīng)陸續(xù)地展開(kāi)。然而作為一個(gè)處于興起探索階段的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),寧波市養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展時(shí)間較短,許多投資主體在投資經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中既缺乏理論知識(shí)的指導(dǎo),又缺乏實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的借鑒,并未形成業(yè)內(nèi)統(tǒng)一確定的發(fā)展模式。良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)前景促使行業(yè)的投資者魚(yú)龍混雜,若不形成統(tǒng)一合理的發(fā)展模式,將不利于投資者及整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。因此,本文旨在形成寧波市養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的
3、發(fā)展模式,先通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計(jì)與模型建立來(lái)對(duì)寧波市的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)市場(chǎng)需求特征進(jìn)行分析及預(yù)測(cè),對(duì)接當(dāng)前寧波市養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供給特征及政府主導(dǎo)政策,進(jìn)行未來(lái)寧波市發(fā)展養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展模式提出,繼而針對(duì)以上分析結(jié)果有針對(duì)性地提出踐行寧波市養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的保障措施。關(guān)鍵字:養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè),市場(chǎng)需求,發(fā)展模式選擇IResearchonSelectionofDevelopmentModelofPensionServiceIndustryinNingboCitybasedonDemandperspectiveAbstractTherepaidecono
