4、ctiousperitonitisvirus(FIPV).AntigenicrelationshipwasdetectedbyIEMbetweenTGEVandCCV,NCDCVandI-IEVandbyIFbetweenTGEVandCCV,TGEVandFIPV,HEVandNCDCV.IntroductionInthethirdreportoftheInternationalCommitteeonTaxonomyofViruses,thefamilyCoronaviridaeiscitedtocontain5definitemembers,5probablemembersand2
5、possiblemembers(8).The12speciesofthismonogeneriefamilyaregroupedmainlyonphysieo-chemiealcharacteristics.Theyarepleomorphieenvelopedparticles,averaging10nmdiameter,containingRNAandessentiallipid.Theyallbearuniquedefiniteprojections.Theeoronavirusesmultiplyincytoplasmandmaturebybuddingthroughendop
6、lasmicretieulum(18).Someeoronavirusescauserespiratoryproblemsinbirdsandman,othersareassociatedwithenteritisindifferentspeciesandsomeeoronavirusesaffectmultipleorgans(13).Antigenicrelationshipsexistonlybetweensomemembersofthisfamily(i8).In1977,acoronavirus-likeagent(CVLA)wasisolatedfromanepizooti
