1、中藥熱奄包配合保留灌腸治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床效果［摘要］目的探討中藥熱奄包配合保留灌腸療法治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床效果。方法選取本院2012年1月?2015年2月收治的85例慢性盆腔炎患者作為研究對象，結(jié)合患者入院時間分為對照組（42例）和觀察組（43例）。對照組給予常規(guī)藥物治療，觀察組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予中藥熱奄包聯(lián)合保留灌腸療法治療，比較兩組的治療效果，評估兩組治療前后的癥狀積分。結(jié)果觀察組的總有效率為95.3%,顯著高于對照組的76.2%,差異冇統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〈0.05）。兩組治療后的癥狀積分顯著低于治療前，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〈0
