1、第42卷第4期塑料工業(yè)2014年4月CHINAPLASTICSINDUSTRY·101·六苯氧基環(huán)三磷腈/全氟丁基磺酸鉀協(xié)同阻燃PC:I=徐路,王玉沖,劉雨佳,李婷,楊晶巍,唐林生(青島科技大學(xué)化工學(xué)院,山東青島266042)摘要:通過(guò)極限氧指數(shù)測(cè)定、垂直燃燒實(shí)驗(yàn)和錐型量熱儀研究了六苯氧基環(huán)三磷腈(HPTCP)/全氟丁基磺酸鉀(PPFBS)對(duì)聚碳酸酯(PC)的協(xié)同阻燃作用。結(jié)果表明,與單獨(dú)使用HPTCP或PPFBS相比,添加含極少量(0.05%)PPFBS的復(fù)合阻燃劑(HPTCP/PPFBS),可使PC的阻燃級(jí)別顯著提高,燃燒變慢,
2、總熱釋放量、平均有效燃燒熱明顯降低,點(diǎn)燃時(shí)間明顯增加,即復(fù)合極少量的PPFBS能明顯提高HPTCP對(duì)Pc的阻燃作用;單獨(dú)使用HPTCP或PPFBS可顯著改善PC的熱穩(wěn)定性,而使用HPTCP/PPFBS復(fù)合阻燃劑對(duì)PC熱穩(wěn)定性的影響較小。HPTCP是通過(guò)氣相和凝聚相同時(shí)產(chǎn)生阻燃作用的,它能促進(jìn)PC成炭,形成膨脹性炭層,并通過(guò)隔熱、隔氧及阻止分解產(chǎn)物揮發(fā)而產(chǎn)生阻燃作用,復(fù)合極少量的PPFBS能顯著增加阻燃PC的成炭量,因而改善了HPTCP的阻燃作用。關(guān)鍵詞:六苯氧基環(huán)三磷腈;全氟丁基磺酸鉀;聚碳酸酯;協(xié)同阻燃DOI:10.3969/j.
