1、塑料工業(yè)第42卷第11期·18·CHINAPLASTICSINDUSTRY2014年11月導(dǎo)熱交聯(lián)超高摩爾質(zhì)量聚乙烯耐磨復(fù)合材料的研究黃安民,朱志勇,劉婷,伍海斌(中國南車株洲時(shí)代新材料科技股份有限公司,湖南株洲412001)摘要:采用共混改性技術(shù),將復(fù)合耐磨劑、納米碳化硅、過氧化二異丙苯(DCP)等按不同比例加入到超高摩爾質(zhì)量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)樹脂中,獲得了完全滿足橋梁支座用耐磨要求的抗蠕變耐磨UHMWPE復(fù)合材料??疾炝松鲜鎏砑游锛捌涮砑恿繉?duì)UHMWPE耐磨、抗蠕變和物理機(jī)械性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,復(fù)
2、合耐磨劑能明顯提高UHMWPE的耐磨性能,納米碳化硅能提高UHMWPE復(fù)合材料的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù),降低制品在摩擦過程中的表面溫度,從而進(jìn)一步提升其耐磨性能,DCP交聯(lián)能改善UHMWPE復(fù)合材料的抗蠕變性能。當(dāng)耐磨劑、納米碳化硅和DCP用量分別為2.5phr、1.5phr和0.1phr時(shí),能獲得綜合性能優(yōu)良的UHMWPE復(fù)合材料。關(guān)鍵詞:超高摩爾質(zhì)量聚乙烯;導(dǎo)熱;交聯(lián);耐磨材料DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1005—5770.2014.11.005中圖分類號(hào):TQ325.12文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1005—
