1、第44卷第12期塑料工業(yè)CHINAPLASnCSINDUsTRY-9·2016年12月表面硅烷交聯(lián)改性超高摩爾質(zhì)量聚乙烯材料的制備及表征水謝美菊,余自力,楊幫成(1.四川大學(xué)分析測試中心,四川成都610064;2.四川大學(xué)生物材料工程研究中心,四川成都610064)摘要:采用紫外光輻照法在超高摩爾質(zhì)量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)材料表面接枝乙烯基烷氧基硅烷,之后進(jìn)行水解交聯(lián),制備了親水性表面交聯(lián)UHMWPE材料。研究了該材料制備條件的優(yōu)化并對其凝膠含量、交聯(lián)密度和親水性進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,引發(fā)劑、單體用量的適度增大和紫外
2、輻照時間的適度延長可增加硅烷的接枝量,引發(fā)劑質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為5.O%、單體體積分?jǐn)?shù)為20%,紫外輻照時間為0.5—1h時,硅烷接枝效果相對最佳;接枝樣品在聚乙二醇水溶液中回流交聯(lián),樣品凝膠率和交聯(lián)密度同時獲得了大幅提高,可由未改性樣品的51.62%和16.07moL/m分別增大到88.00%和58.05mol/m,接近于在二月桂酸二丁基錫催化下熱水交聯(lián)的狀況;改性樣品的親水性明顯提高,水接觸角可由未改性樣品的94.8。降到64.0。。關(guān)鍵詞:超高摩爾質(zhì)量聚乙烯;表面改性;硅烷交聯(lián);制備;表征doi:10.3969/j.i
