1、塑料工業(yè)第44卷第9期·70·CHINAPLASrnCSINDUY2016年9月汽車儀表罩傾斜式多種脫模機(jī)構(gòu)及其注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)歐陽波儀(湖南汽車工程職業(yè)學(xué)院,湖南株洲412001)摘要:針對汽車儀表罩外形不規(guī)則,型芯側(cè)需多向脫模的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了一模一出的模具結(jié)構(gòu),針對塑料件不同部位設(shè)計(jì)了不同的脫模機(jī)構(gòu),結(jié)合塑料件在模具上布局的需要,型腔側(cè)采用滑塊抽芯脫模機(jī)構(gòu),型芯側(cè)則分別設(shè)計(jì)了傾斜式拉料桿頂出流道廢料、倒裝彎銷后模先抽芯,頂塊+頂針二次頂出,油缸傾斜式頂針板頂出等脫模機(jī)構(gòu),模架采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架改裝后將頂針板傾斜16o頂出,頂出動(dòng)力依靠液壓油缸

7、ized.Keywords:AutomobileMould;BendingPinSlidingBlockCore-pulling;CylinderEjection;MoldStructure;Two—stepParting汽車塑料件的注塑成型模具設(shè)計(jì),與一般通用型相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道【1-7],但這些脫模結(jié)構(gòu)是基于傳統(tǒng)脫模塑料件的模具設(shè)計(jì)相比,由于結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸大,外形曲面機(jī)構(gòu)的改良設(shè)計(jì),在模具結(jié)構(gòu)上的創(chuàng)新并不明顯。汽及不規(guī)則特征較多,會(huì)帶來很大的脫模困難,不利于車儀表罩由于形狀和內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)特殊,為不常見的異型模具結(jié)構(gòu)的整體布局,有些需要反復(fù)試模修模
8、才能達(dá)結(jié)構(gòu),從而對模具結(jié)構(gòu)尤其是脫模機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)提出了到生產(chǎn)實(shí)際需求。目前,在汽車塑料件成型領(lǐng)域,關(guān)實(shí)際難題,需要從模具整體結(jié)構(gòu)上進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新性設(shè)計(jì),于塑料件上非規(guī)則特征需要脫模結(jié)構(gòu)的模具設(shè)計(jì)也有以實(shí)現(xiàn)儀表罩的自動(dòng)化注塑生產(chǎn)。
