1、降脂治療對高血壓患者動脈脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度的影響【摘要】目的：觀察降脂治療對輕中度高血壓患者動脈脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度(PWV)的影響，并探討其機制。方法：選擇2013年2-10月本院收治的120例無高脂血癥的輕屮度高血壓患者作為研究對象，采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為降脂組和對照組，每組60例，兩組患者均給予硝苯地平緩釋片、繃沙坦控制血壓，降脂組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用阿托伐他汀鈣降脂治療，療程12個月。觀察比較治療前后兩組血壓、臂踝動脈脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度(baPWV)、血脂水平、高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)和血漿內(nèi)皮素(ET)的變化。結(jié)果:兩組治療前baPWV.E
2、T.hs-CRP水平均高于正常值，比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P〈0.05)；治療后，兩組SBP、DBP、baPWV.ET及hs-CRP水平均優(yōu)于治療前，降脂組TC及LDL-C水平均優(yōu)于治療前，降脂組TC.LDL-C.baPWV.ET及hs-CRP水平均優(yōu)于對照組，以上比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P〈0.05)o結(jié)論：對輕中度高血壓患者，在控制血壓基礎(chǔ)上，加用降脂治療，可進一步改善患者的baPWV,降低hs-CRP和ET水平，對改善患者的血管功能狀態(tài)有積極的臨床意義?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度；高敏C反應(yīng)蛋口；內(nèi)皮索；高血壓??；咼脂血癥Effe
