2、(Fe,Mn):si相、層片狀A(yù)1.Mg:si共晶相和短棒狀A(yù)l(si)ce相,AlM酣.5壓鑄合金中主要存在僅一Al相、少量A1.A13Mg拱晶相、長條狀A(yù)1。(Fe,Mn)相以及不規(guī)則的小塊狀A(yù)14Ce相,微量zn主要固溶于合金基體中。在兩種合金金相組織中都有剪切帶的存在,溶質(zhì)原子在該區(qū)域富集,第二相含量更高。相比于A1M94.5合金,A1M酣.5si2.6合金強度和硬度更高,但是塑性較低。A1M酣.5Si2.6合金中層片結(jié)構(gòu)的A1.Mg:si共晶組織在拉伸過程中容易形成解理臺階,表現(xiàn)為明顯的脆性斷裂。AlM酗.5壓鑄合金在拉伸過程中表現(xiàn)為穿晶斷裂和沿晶斷裂的混
