1、第24卷第2期中國礦業(yè)Vo1.24,NO.22015年2月CHINAMININGMAGAZINEFeb.2015硅藻土濕法物理提純工藝研究楊小平,孫志明,鄭水林,張雁鳴(1.中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)(北京)化學(xué)與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院,北京100083;2.臨江嘉合康寧硅業(yè)有限公司,吉林臨江134600)摘要:針對(duì)優(yōu)質(zhì)硅藻土資源日益減少的現(xiàn)狀,提出一種對(duì)資源豐富的中低品位含黏土類雜質(zhì)的硅藻原土進(jìn)行提純的濕法物理分選工藝。分析了硅藻土原礦的化學(xué)成分、礦物成分和粒度組成,研究了硅藻顆粒和黏土礦物蒙脫石的表面電位與pH值和分散
2、劑用量之間的關(guān)系,確定了硅藻土礦漿最佳的擦洗和分散條件,利用硅藻與黏土礦物之間的粒度差異和表面電位差異,原礦經(jīng)充分分散后,借助離心力場中硅藻和黏土礦物顆粒之間顯著的沉降速度差異,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效的分選。實(shí)際生產(chǎn)表明,硅藻原土經(jīng)分選后,SiO含量由81.78提高到86.86,Al0。含量由5.49下降到3.45,F(xiàn)eO。含量由2.01下降到1.42,達(dá)到了一級(jí)硅藻土標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。關(guān)鍵詞:硅藻土;物理提純;擦洗;分散;層流離心分選機(jī)中圖分類號(hào):TD976;TD922文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):10044051(2015)0
