1、Vo1.22,No.10第22卷第1O期中國(guó)礦業(yè)CHINAMININGMAGAZINE0ct.2O132013年1O月離心選礦機(jī)提純硅藻土的中試研究楊小平,孫志明,毛俊,鄭水林(中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)(北京)化學(xué)與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院,北京100083)摘要:針對(duì)天然優(yōu)質(zhì)的硅藻土資源逐漸減少而需求量逐年增加的現(xiàn)狀,提出一種適用于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的用離心選礦機(jī)提純硅藻土的方法。探討了離心選礦機(jī)的圓筒錐角、圓筒轉(zhuǎn)速、給料濃度、給料量和給料時(shí)間對(duì)硅藻土分選的影響,并通過(guò)響應(yīng)面試驗(yàn)研究了這些因素之間的相關(guān)性,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化了離心分選機(jī)的工況。結(jié)果表明:給料量對(duì)精礦SiO含量和尾礦濃度的影響均較大;當(dāng)
2、離心選礦機(jī)的圓筒錐角為0.5。、轉(zhuǎn)速為856r/min、給料濃度為24.66、給料量為14L/min、給料時(shí)間為90s時(shí),精礦SiOz含量為87.5,尾礦濃度為6.98。對(duì)最優(yōu)組合進(jìn)行了連續(xù)分選試驗(yàn),得到精礦中含SiO2為87.61、尾礦濃度為6.14。硅藻精土通過(guò)SEM分析發(fā)現(xiàn),硅藻殼體的孔隙堵塞得到明顯改善;經(jīng)圖像分析儀檢測(cè),硅藻土礦經(jīng)過(guò)中試線選礦后,硅藻破損率變化小于5。論文的結(jié)論為硅藻土生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)和設(shè)備操作提供了理論指導(dǎo)。關(guān)鍵詞:硅藻土;提純;離心選礦機(jī);響應(yīng)面試驗(yàn)中圖分類號(hào):TD975.4文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1004—4051(2013)10
