1、空心釘鎖定板治療中青年不同類型股骨頸骨折臨床療效［摘要］目的探討空心釘鎖定板治療中青年不同類型股骨頸骨折的臨床療效。方法2009年10月?2011年9月采用牽引復(fù)位，空心釘鎖定板內(nèi)固定治療65例不同類型股骨頸骨折；GardenI型6例，II型10例，型29例，IV型20例；術(shù)后1、2、3、6、12個(gè)月門診隨訪復(fù)查，觀察骨折(內(nèi)固定)位置，骨折愈合，股骨頭缺血壞死，豔關(guān)節(jié)功能情況。結(jié)果術(shù)后傷口均I期愈合；隨訪時(shí)間12?30個(gè)月，平均18個(gè)月；骨折不愈合4例(GardenIII型1例，IV型3例),股骨頭缺血壞死7例(GardenIII型1例
2、，IV型2例，繼發(fā)骨不愈合4例)，骨折愈合時(shí)間6-11.2個(gè)月，平均9個(gè)月；未見骨折移位、內(nèi)固定斷裂松動(dòng)等情況；Harris評(píng)分術(shù)前(40.83±9.27)分，術(shù)后(89.39±6.29)分，骯關(guān)節(jié)功能較術(shù)前明顯恢復(fù)，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論空心釘鎖定鋼板具有固定牢固,骨折愈合率高等優(yōu)勢(shì)，治療中青年GardenI、II、III型股骨頸骨折效果確切。［關(guān)鍵詞］股骨頸骨折；空心釘鎖定鋼板；股骨頭缺血壞死；骨折不愈合［中圖分類號(hào)］R683［文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼］A［文章編號(hào)］2095-0616(2014)13-31-04［Abstract］Objectiv
