1、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)論文?循環(huán)中內(nèi)皮祖細(xì)胞與原發(fā)性高血壓的關(guān)系作者:藍(lán)景生,黃照河,潘興壽,王小慶,羅初凡,楊燕華【摘要]日的探討循環(huán)內(nèi)皮祖細(xì)胞(EPCs)數(shù)量和功能勺原發(fā)性高血壓的關(guān)系。方法對(duì)34例初診原發(fā)性高血壓患者以及30例健康人采用密度梯度離心法獲取外周血單個(gè)核細(xì)胞,將其接種在人纖維連接蛋白包被的培養(yǎng)板,培養(yǎng)7天后,收集貼壁細(xì)胞'多波長(zhǎng)激光共聚焦顯微鏡鑒定FITC-UEA-I和Dil-acLDL雙染色陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞為正在分化的EPCs,流式細(xì)胞儀檢測(cè)其表面標(biāo)志進(jìn)一步鑒定EPCs,倒置熒光顯微鏡下計(jì)數(shù)。采用MTT比色法、改良的Boy
2、den小室、粘附能力測(cè)定實(shí)驗(yàn)分別觀察EPCs的增殖能力、遷移能力、粘附能力。結(jié)果原發(fā)性高血壓患者循環(huán)中EPCs數(shù)量比治療前明顯減少(PvO?01),降壓迖標(biāo)后原發(fā)性高血壓患者EPCs數(shù)量增加,但與對(duì)照組相比,達(dá)標(biāo)后原發(fā)性高血壓患者EPCs數(shù)量仍然少(PvO.05)。原發(fā)性高血壓患者EPCs的增殖、遷移、貼壁能力受損(P均<0.01);降壓達(dá)標(biāo)后的原發(fā)性高血壓患者EPCs的增殖、遷移、貼壁能力受損沒(méi)有完全恢復(fù)(P均<0.01)。結(jié)論原發(fā)性高血壓患者循環(huán)EPCs數(shù)量減少,功能受損;血壓增高是循壞EPCs數(shù)量和功能改變的原因之
