2、種植的玉米品種苗期抗旱性,為廣西抗旱性玉米品種選擇提供參考?!痉椒ā恳詮V西主要種植的12個(gè)玉米品種為試驗(yàn)材料,采用盆栽法,測(cè)定苗期干旱脅迫下玉米葉片相對(duì)含水量、葉綠素含量、硝酸還原酶活性、可溶性糖含量和丙二醛含量;通過(guò)五級(jí)評(píng)分法,綜合評(píng)價(jià)玉米苗期抗旱性?!窘Y(jié)果】苗期干旱脅迫下,各玉米品種葉片相對(duì)含水量、葉綠素含量和硝酸還原酶活性較對(duì)照降低,可溶性糖含量和丙二醛含量較對(duì)照增加,其中相對(duì)含水量和硝酸還原酶活性降幅最小的為桂單0810,對(duì)應(yīng)抗旱系數(shù)分別為0.9210和0.8366:葉綠素含量降幅最小的為桂單688,抗旱
3、系數(shù)為0.9486;可溶性糖含量增幅最大、丙二醛含量增幅最小的均為桂單0810。對(duì)應(yīng)抗旱系數(shù)分別為0.3010和0.8234。各生理指標(biāo)均與品種抗旱性存在極顯著相關(guān),通過(guò)五級(jí)評(píng)分法進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù)為2.3939~5.8943,其中桂單0810抗旱性綜合評(píng)價(jià)得分最高,其次為桂單688、玉美頭102、正大619和玉美頭105?!窘Y(jié)論】相對(duì)含水量、葉綠素含量、硝酸還原酶活性、可溶性糖含量和丙二醛含量可作為玉米苗期的抗旱性鑒定指標(biāo)。廣西主要種植的12個(gè)玉米品種中以桂單0810苗期抗旱性最強(qiáng)。關(guān)鍵詞:玉米品種;苗期;
