2、的7個(gè)農(nóng)藝性狀、8個(gè)生理生化指標(biāo)及產(chǎn)量指標(biāo),采用綜合抗旱系數(shù)、因子分析、隸屬函數(shù)、聚類分析和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)其抗旱性進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)、抗旱型劃分和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)篩選。結(jié)果顯示,相關(guān)性狀指標(biāo)對(duì)干旱脅迫的反應(yīng)及關(guān)聯(lián)程度各異,可優(yōu)先選擇與抗旱性關(guān)系密切的產(chǎn)量及其相關(guān)性狀、光合作用因子、葉片抗氧化因子等相關(guān)生理生化性狀;因子分析表明,6個(gè)公因子可代表胡麻抗旱性90.89%的原始數(shù)據(jù)信息量?;诳购敌远攘恐?droughtresistancecomprehensiveevaluationvalues,D值)和加權(quán)抗旱系數(shù)(weightdroughtresistancecoeficien
3、t,WDC值)的各品種抗旱性排序相近,位居前6位的抗旱品種相同。各品種D值與綜合抗旱系數(shù)(comprehensivedroughtresistancecoeficient,CDC值)、WDC值、產(chǎn)量抗旱系數(shù)(yielddroughtresistancecoeficient,Y值)之間均呈極顯著正相關(guān),而各品種Y值與CDC、WDC值間極顯著正相關(guān):據(jù)D值將供試品種劃分為5個(gè)抗旱級(jí)別,可較好地反映品種的選育條件及適應(yīng)地區(qū)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果說明以D值為主要參數(shù),以WDC為輔助評(píng)價(jià)參數(shù),評(píng)價(jià)以產(chǎn)量為主要考量目標(biāo)的胡麻抗旱性是適宜且準(zhǔn)確的;以抗旱性綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行胡麻抗旱性綜合評(píng)價(jià)、抗旱型劃分、評(píng)
