2、，也為判斷種苗生產(chǎn)工藝的培育效果與適時調整飼養(yǎng)管理措施提供技術支持?！痉椒ā坎捎贸Ｒ?guī)采樣方法和光學顯微鏡技術對條石鯛早期仔魚發(fā)育過程進行連續(xù)觀察，并對其營養(yǎng)特性進行研究。【結果】條石鯛在水溫(27．8±1．05)℃、pH8．15、鹽度32‰的人工培育條件下，仔魚卵黃囊在孵化2d后消失，油球消失于孵化后第6d，卵黃囊依照先卵黃、后油球的順序被吸收，吸收速度呈先快后慢的變化趨勢。初孵仔魚在孵化后1d內(nèi)生長迅速，之后生長速度減慢。仔魚在孵出后48h、卵黃囊消失時出現(xiàn)口裂，口徑／全長比隨時間變化一直保持上升趨勢。條石鯛仔魚的營養(yǎng)源可歸納為內(nèi)源性營養(yǎng)一混合性營養(yǎng)—外源
