2、溫脅迫下苦瓜幼苗生長和抗冷性生理指標的影響?!痉椒ā坎捎?04mg幾BR噴施苦瓜幼苗葉片.在低溫脅迫下測定處理和對照(清水)的葉片可溶性蛋白含量、POD和sOD活性等生理指標?!窘Y(jié)果】在低溫脅迫條件下,對照與BR處理的SOD和POD活性、MDA、可溶性蛋白發(fā)可溶性糖含量呈現(xiàn)先升高后降低的趨勢,在脅迫第4d達到最高;電導率和Pro含量呈上升趨勢,而葉綠索含量呈下降趨勢。低溫脅迫下,與對照相比,BR處理可以明顯降低葉片電解質(zhì)的外滲,減緩葉片MDA含量的降低和葉綠素的降解,提高葉片SOD、POD的活性及可溶性
