2、現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工業(yè)生產(chǎn)提供理論參考?!痉椒ā恳院T逅徕c一明膠協(xié)同固定化紅茶菌,利用響應(yīng)面分析法探討海藻酸鈉濃度、明膠濃度、CaClz濃度對(duì)固定化紅茶菌的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和總糖利用率的影響?!窘Y(jié)果】固定化顆粒的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度隨著海藻酸鈉濃度與CaCl2濃度的增加而不斷增加,隨著明膠濃度增加機(jī)械強(qiáng)度先增大后減?。还潭ɑw粒的總糖利用率隨著明膠濃度和CaCl2濃度的增大均先增大后減小,隨著海藻酸鈉濃度的增加而不斷減小?!窘Y(jié)論】固定化顆粒最佳制備工藝條件為:海藻酸鈉濃度5.50%、明膠濃度1.50%、氯化鈣濃度0.51%,在此條件下制備
