3、icatefor10minandstoredatroomtemperature(22士2℃、toinvestigatetheeffectofsilicontreatmentonapricotfruitquality,especiallythevolatilecompounds.Theresultsindicaredthattreatmentsretardedfieshfirmnessdecreaseandalleviateddecay.Atier9daysofstorage.thetreatedfruitsshowedl。95timesforfirmn
4、essand58%forrottingrateofcontrolfruits.Thesilicontreatmentsstillremainedhighercontentofsolublesolids.vitaminCanddelayedthedecreaseoftitratableacidities,buttherewasnosignificantdifferenceofcontentoftotalsugarsbetweenthetwogroups.Morethan100kindsofvolatilecompoundswereidentifiedwi
5、tllsolidphasemicroextraction-gaschromatography-massspectrum(SPME—GC—MS)fromthefruits.Sodiumsilicatetreatmentsignificantlyreducedtheemissionoftotalamountvolatilecompoundsofapricotfruitsduringstorage,andenhancedtheamountofaldehydes,terpenoidsand盧.iononeandloweredamountestersthroug
