2、復(fù)合材料的摩擦系數(shù)隨滑動時間增加先增大后減小最后達(dá)到平衡,隨著MHPDMS含量的增加,復(fù)合材料在穩(wěn)定階段的摩擦系數(shù)變化不大,但是磨損量逐漸減小,MHPDMS質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為4%的復(fù)合材料磨損量僅為MCPA6的25%;在水潤滑條件下,復(fù)合材料的摩擦系數(shù)隨滑動時間增加先增大后平衡,隨著MHPDMS含量的增加,復(fù)合材料的穩(wěn)定摩擦系數(shù)基本沒有變化,磨損量先減小后增大,當(dāng)MHPDMS質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為2%時,磨損量最小,為MCPA6的50%左右。復(fù)合材料在水潤滑條件下的穩(wěn)定摩擦系數(shù)比干摩擦條件下的小,但磨損量比干摩擦條件下的大很多。復(fù)合材料在干摩擦條件下的磨損機(jī)理主要是粘著磨損和疲勞磨損
