2、研究了EK.BMI/DABPA體系的力學(xué)性能、斷裂韌性及熱穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明,EK.BMI/DABPA體系的固化工藝參數(shù)為:165℃×2h+l80oC×2h+238℃×4h,后處理?xiàng)l件為250oC×5h,表觀活化能為97.50kJ/mol,頻率因子為2.22×10S一,反應(yīng)級(jí)數(shù)為O.9328。EK.BMI/DABPA體系具有優(yōu)良的力學(xué)性能,拉伸強(qiáng)度和彎曲強(qiáng)度分別為89.42MPa和152MPa,其玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度為278~(3,在260~C時(shí)仍能保持良好的力學(xué)性能,其臨界應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子和臨界應(yīng)變能釋放率分別可達(dá)1.14MPa·1Tl0和276.6J/m,表現(xiàn)出較好的斷裂韌性。
